Noah's Nursery Our youngest members (up to age 3) are cared for by our nursery coordinator who is assisted each week by an adult volunteer. Sharon greets the children each week and makes sure our newly refurbished nursery space is clean and safe. A variety of toys are available for individual play and stories and games are provided depending on the children in attendance each week.

Rainbow Children who are ready for a more structured program (aged 3-5) are invited to the Rainbow Room where they hear the stories of the Bible, play games, sing songs and do simple crafts. Individual play time is available for those who want to enjoy the toys and puzzles.

Joyville is a safe, happy place where children (aged 6-8) can come to learn more about God's love and the stories of God's people. Through storytelling, music, drama and crafts the Bible comes alive and children are helped to make good choices about how they live their lives.

Vineland welcomes children aged 9-12 where they continue to grow in their faith. Drama, games, music and crafts are used to help these children learn the stories of the Christian faith and develop their own relationships with God and with each other and the whole of the Christian community. Community wide activities after worship throughout the year help the children get to know other people in the congregation. As they work together on a project or engage in an activity, they learn Grace United Church is a place where they are cared for by lots of people.

Sojourners invites our youth to continue their faith journey. The weekly sessions still include some fun activities but as the children get older their questions and ideas, their doubts and issues shape the agenda of their groups. People in the Senior Sojourners group (high school students) are invited to make a commitment and become a member of the church through Confirmation. A yearly retreat and social activities are also planned by this group. Gatherings with other youth from other churches in Brampton enriches their experience.

Whether it is leading a dramatic presentation during a Christmas worship service or joining forces to compete in a three-legged race at the church picnic, children are an important part of our life at Grace. We are a community that includes and honours people of all ages and stages of life, people of all abilities, people of all races. Following the example of our Lord Jesus, we are an inclusive community with room for everyone.

"But Jesus called the children to him and said, 'Let the little children come to me...." (18:16)
