GRACE PLACE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE
"We have a vision. To be a
church committed to change and growth; as a community, as an influence in our city and worldwide"
Grace United Church does not exist simply for the benefit of our own congregation. We exist to be a blessing to our community and the broader world.
The Grace United Church mission is to be a family of people united in Christ who serve our community of Brampton and the wider world. Fulfilling our mission, founders Christopher L. Moon and Reverend Ross Leckie created Grace Place
Community Resource Centre in 2009.
Grace Place is where organizations unite, providing services to better serve the Brampton community. With each unique organization delivering specific services, Grace Place renews the body, mind and soul of everyone who walks through our door.
At the foundation of Grace Place is Regeneration Outreach who serve meals seven days a week and provide those in needwith laundry and health services. Today Grace Place is home to other organizations such as HQIC (Health Quality
Innovation Collaborative), Vita Growing as Parents (GAP) Program and Nia Dance Fitness. Self help groups such as Alcohol and Narcotics Anonymous operate within Grace Place as well. There are also a variety of groups that provide holistic, health and peer support.
